Program Highlights*
  • 8% down payment
  • Amoritized 20 year financing provided by the Seller, payable monthly, interest at 8% per annum fixed rate+
  • The down payment can be financed by the Seller if you have equity in other properties which could secure the funds
  • The Seller can finance purchasers settlement costs
  • The sales price is negotiable for "All cash" transactions (lower price may be acceptable) and Seller renovation projects (project costs added to the sales price)
  • Seller construction financing is available on properties where renovation is needed
  • Special land contract terms are available for some vacant properties needing renovation; 2% deposit at time of contract signing, 1% monthly payment thereafter, settlement after you complete renovations and obtain financing elsewhere
  • Poor credit is not a bar to participation
